مطالعه مورفولوژی نانو الیاف پلی آمید ۶ الکتروریسی شده به‌روش جت تک نازله و دو نازله دوسویه

چکیده
چکیده فارسی:
در این پژوهش تاثیر متغیرهای ولتاژ، فاصله بین سوزن و جمع کننده و غلظت محلول پلیمری در فرایند الکتروریسی نانوالیاف پلی‌ۀمید 6 به روش تک نازله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. سپس براساس بهترین شرایط الکتروریسی تعیین شده، مورفولوژی (اندازه قطر و یکنواختی قطر) وب نانو الیاف تولید شده به دو روش تک نازله و دو نازله دو سویه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد متغیر غلظت محلول الکتروریسی مؤثرترین متغیر موثر بر روی قطر نانوالیاف است. با کاهش غلظت محلول الکتروریسی، میانگین قطر نانوالیاف کاهش می‌یابد. مقایسه نمونه‌های الکتروریسی شده دونازله دو سویه با نمونه الکتروریسی شده تک نازله مشابه خود، ملاحظه شد که میانگین قطر نانوالیاف تولیدی حاصل از فرایند الکتروریسی دونازله دو سویه دارای یکنواختی بیشتری است. بنابراین این روشی مناسب برای تولید نانوالیاف با مقادیر بیشتر در مدت زمان تولید کمتر نسبت به الکتروریسی تک‌نازله است.

چکیده English

English abstract:
In this investigation the effects of some parameters such as voltage, distance between nozzle and collector and polymer solution concentration in the single nozzle electrospinning of PA 6 nanofibers were studied. Then according to optimized condition of electrospinning, the morphology of nanofibers web (diameters and their evenness) which electrospun with one and double side nozzles were considered. The results showed that the most effective parameter on nanofibers diameter is polymer solution concentration. Average diameter of nanofibers decreased with decreasing the polymer solution concentration. Average diameter of nanofibers produced with double side nozzles electrospinning is more uniform comparing with the nanofibers webs produced with single nozzles electrospinning. Accordingly, the electrospinning with double side nozzles is suitable method for producing the higher amount of nanofibers at short time.
