سطح‌بندی ابعاد فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی مبتنی بر سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا در آموزشگاه‌هاى طراحی دوخت و لباس ایران با روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری

چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف سطح‌بندی ابعاد فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی مبتنی بر سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا در آموزشگاه‌های طراحی دوخت و لباس ایران انجام شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را آموزشگاه‌های فعال در چهار استان مازندران، گیلان، تهران و لرستان تشکیل می‌دهد. روش پژوهش به‌صورت ترکیبی بوده و در بخش کیفی با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی، ۱۹ نفر از خبرگان و مدیران آموزشگاهی انتخاب شدند که همین 19 نفر خبره در بخش کمی نیز مشارکت داده شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق و پرسش‌نامه صورت پذیرفت. بخش کیفی تحقیق با روش تحلیل مضمون و با کمک نرم افزار مکس‌کیو‌دی‌ای انجام شد. برای سطح‌بندی و تحلیل روابط میان ابعاد اصلی، از روش مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری با کمک نرم‌افزار متلب و تحلیل میک‌مک استفاده شد. یافته‌های پژوهش پنج بُعد کلیدی برای فرهنگ نوآورانه سازمانی شناسایی کرد: محیط کاری پشتیبانی‌کننده خلاقیت، توانمندسازی و کارآفرینی کارکنان، سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا، نوآوری در خدمات و فرایندها، و پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای آموزشی هنرجویان و جامعه. نتایج سطح‌بندی نشان داد که ابعاد محیط کاری خلاق و توانمندسازی، به‌عنوان بنیان‌های تحول و نوآوری شناخته می‌شوند و سبک رهبری تحول‌گرا، نقشی تسهیل‌گر و راهبردی در شبکه ارتباطات ایفا می‌کند. همچنین، نوآوری در خدمات و فرایندها و پاسخ‌گویی به نیازهای آموزشی به‌عنوان پیامدهای اصلی اثرگذاری تلقی شدند. این تحقیق با ارائه مدلی ساختاریافته و بومی، امکان برنامه‌ریزی عملی‌تر برای ارتقای نوآوری و عملکرد آموزشگاه‌های مهارتی حوزه طراحی دوخت و لباس کشور را فراهم می‌سازد و مسیر مطالعات آینده را برای بررسی عوامل زمینه‌ای و تکنولوژیک هموار می‌کند.

Hierarchical Structuring of Organizational Innovative Culture Dimensions Based on Transformational Leadership Style in Iranian Fashion Design and Dressmaking Schools Using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) Method

چکیده English

This study was conducted with the aim of structuring the dimensions of organizational innovative culture based on transformational leadership style in Iranian fashion design and dressmaking schools. The statistical population consisted of active institutes in four provinces: Mazandaran, Gilan, Tehran, and Lorestan. The research employed a mixed-methods approach. In the qualitative phase, using snowball sampling, 19 experts and institute managers were selected, who also participated in the quantitative phase. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires. The qualitative part of the research was conducted using thematic analysis with the help of MAXQDA software. To classify and analyze the relationships among the main dimensions, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) was utilized using MATLAB and MICMAC analysis. The findings identified five key dimensions of organizational innovative culture: a creativity-supportive work environment, employee empowerment and entrepreneurship, transformational leadership style, service and process innovation, and responsiveness to the educational needs of students and society. The structuring results showed that a creative work environment and empowerment are recognized as the foundations of transformation and innovation, while transformational leadership style plays a facilitative and strategic role within the communication network. Furthermore, service and process innovation, as well as responsiveness to educational needs, are considered main outcomes of organizational influence. By providing a structured and localized model, this study paves the way for more practical planning to promote innovation and performance in vocational institutes in the fashion design and dressmaking sector, and it sets the stage for future research into contextual and technological factors.
