بررسی تاثیر قابلیت‌ ﻧﻮآوری و قابلیت پویا ﺑﺮ ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎبتی در صنعت فرش دستباف

چکیده
فرش دستباف یک محصول هنری کاربردی است که با ارائه در بازارهای جهانی می‌تواند یکی از منابع درآمدزا و ارزآور کشور باشد. شرکت‌های تولیدی فرش در دنیای متنوع و تغییرات ناپایدار بازار نیازمند دستیابی به مزیت‌های رقابتی برای تداوم حضور در بازار می‌باشند. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر قابلیت‌ ﻧﻮآوری و قابلیت پویا ﺑﺮ ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رقابتی با ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗژی رﻫﺒﺮی ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ، ﺗﻤﺎﯾﺰ و تمرکز در شرکت‌های تولیدکننده فرش دستباف در استان فارس است. جامعه آماری شامل 42 نفر ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪکننده و کارشناس تولید فرش فعال در استان فارس بوده و همگی پرسشنامه مربوطه را پاسخ دادند. این پژوهش از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، کاربردی و از ﻧﻈﺮ جمع‌آوری دادهﻫﺎ توصیفی و از ﻧﻮع همبستگی اﺳﺖ. در ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﺑﺮای کلیت ﻣﺪل، ﻣﺪل PLS، آزﻣﻮن همبستگی و ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﯿﺎنگین (یک گروهی و دو ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ) اﺳﺘﻔﺎده گردید. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ نشان می‌دهد که؛ برای رسیدن به مزیت رقابتی در فرش دستباف همه ابعاد ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﻧﻮآوری ﺑﺮ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺰﯾﺖ رﻗﺎبتی (تمرکز، تمایز، رهبری هزینه) اﺛﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارﻧﺪ. از پنج بعد قابلیت پویا ابعاد ادراک، هماهنگی و پیکربندی، بر استراتژی تمایز تاثیر معنادار دارند و دو بعد یادگیری و ادغام بر استراتژی تمایز تاثیر مستقیم و معنادار ندارد که نیازمند آموزش‌های لازم و مرور میزان مشارکت و ارتباط متقابل در واحد کسب وکار جمعی است.

Investigating the impact of innovation capability and dynamic capability on competitive advantage in Handwoven carpet industry

چکیده English

Handwoven carpet is a functional art product which can be one of the country's income-generating and currency-generating sources by offering it in the world markets. Carpet production companies in the diverse world and unstable market changes need to achieve competitive advantages to continue their presence in the market. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of innovation capability and dynamic capability on competitive advantage with three dimensions of cost leadership strategy, differentiation and focus in handwoven carpet manufacturing companies in Fars province. The statistical population included 42 active carpet producers and experts in Fars province and all of them answered the relevant questionnaire. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of data collection. In the analysis of data from the structural equations for the totality of the model, PLS model, correlation test and Compare Mean (one group and two independent societies) were used. The findings show that; To achieve a competitive advantage in handwoven carpets, all dimensions of innovation ability have a positive and significant effect on the dimensions of competitive advantage (concentration, differentiation, cost leadership). From the five dimensions of dynamic capability, the dimensions of perception, coordination and configuration have a significant impact on the differentiation strategy, and the two dimensions of learning and integration do not have a direct and meaningful impact on the differentiation strategy, which requires necessary training and review of the level of participation and mutual communication in the collective business unit.
