The aim of this work is to obtain the most optimal physical properties and surface morphology of polyester fabric treated with GO/PAn and what changes this coating can cause in the physical structure. For this purpose, first, alkaline pre-treatment and microwave radiation were performed to modify and destroy the surface before the coating operation. Then, the coating operation with GO with different percentages (1% and 5%) and then PAn with different percentages (1%, 5% and 7%) was performed on the surface of the polyester fabric, and the changes in surface morphology and fabric coating were shown using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). According to the results of the peaks obtained in FTIR, the C-O and C=O groups observed in the range of 1293 and 1735 for the control sample due to alkaline reactions, impregnation with graphene and aniline, it is clear that this group has been affected by the reaction and has caused changes, and these changes have occurred up to the wavelength of 1236 and 1639 cm-1 for the carbonyl group, which indicates the reactivity of these groups in the polyester structure. On the other hand, the physical properties of the fabric were also evaluated, and the highest amount of tearing stress was observed for the sample treated with 1% GO and 7% PAn. Finally, the most optimal GO/PAn coating was determined using Design-Expert 11 software and the Central Composite Design statistical methodwith a percentage of 2.02 percent for GO and 4.29 percent for PAn to obtain the desired tearing stress and Young's modulus.
