Factors affecting individual innovative behaviors in Yazd nonwoven textiles brand

Abstract
Objective: The purpose of the present study is to determine the effect of empowering leadership, teamwork, and individual learning orientation on the emergence of individual innovative behaviors in the Behpod Yazd nonwoven textile brand.

Research Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study consists of 111 employees of Behpod Yazd nonwoven textile. The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. Given the limited number of statistical population, sampling was not conducted and the census method was used to distribute the questionnaires.

Findings: The research findings showed that empowering leadership, teamwork, and individual learning orientation have an effect on the emergence of individual innovative behaviors in Behpod Yazd nonwoven textile. Also, the moderating role of the individual learning orientation variable in the influence of empowering leadership and teamwork on individual innovative behaviors in the Behpod Yazd brand was confirmed.

Conclusion: The confirmation of the hypotheses indicates the importance of leadership power and the importance of work teams in creating creative and innovative motivations in an organization. In this article, the researcher has faced limitations such as limitations in the measurement tool and limitations resulting from the lack of cooperation of the statistical community. Also, based on the results of testing the hypotheses, suggestions were made.
