مروری بر شبیه سازی پارچه با مدل جرم-فنر

چکیده

شبیه سازی سه بعدی پارچه از موضوعات مورد توجه در مهندسی نساجی است. از مهم ترین کاربر دهای شبیه سازی پارچه در نرم افزارهای
طراحی پارچه است. در این نرم افزارها به کاربر اجازه داده می شود، شکل و افتایش پارچه روی بدن یا هر سطح خارجی را مشاهده کند.
همچنین، اثر تغییر پارامترهای پارچه روی ظاهر افتایش پارچه را نیز مشاهده کند. این امکان مشاهده نحوه افتایش لباس پیش از
پوشش توسط مصرف کننده، باعث کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش رضایتمندی مصرف کنندگان می شود. همچنین به تولیدکنندگان پوشاک
در تأمین نیاز مصرف کنندگان کمک قابل توجهی می کند. بنابراین در طول سه دهه گذشته، برای شبیه سازی پارچه روش های متنوعی
توسط پژوهشگران ارائه شده است. امروزه به طور کلی می توان این روش ها را به سه گروه هندسی، فیزیکی و ترکیبی دسته بندی کرد.
از میان این روش ها، شبیه سازی براساس مدل فیزیکی جرم و فنر بیشتر مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. این روش، سریع و
انعطاف پذیر است و کارایی زیادی دارد. در این مقاله، پژوهش های انجام شده در زمینه مدل سازی پارچه با سامانه جرم و فنر مرور شده
است. همچنین، انواع مش بندی های ارائه شده در این روش مد لسازی، نیروهای وارد بر مدل، اثر ابرکشسانی و روش های آن، روش های
انتگرال گیری عددی برای حل معادلات، مسئله آشکارسازی و پاسخ برخورد تحلیل شده است. در نهایت، نمونه هایی از مثال های تجربی
ارائه شده توسط پژوهشگران در زمینه شبیه سازی پارچه بیان شده است.

چکیده [English]

The 3D simulation of fabrics is one of the interesting topics in textile engineering. The fabric simulation is especially
important in the cloth design software. This design software can be used to visualize the fabric drape on the
body or other surfaces by changing the fabric parameters. Therefore, it saves time and money and increases the
customer satisfaction by preventing the production of garments that will not be sold. In the past three decades,
many methods have been suggested by researchers for fabric modeling. Nowadays, these methods can be roughly
divided into three classes: geometrically-based, physically-based and hybrid methods. Mass spring model, the
physically-based method, is one of the methods for fabric simulation which is widely considered by the researchers.
This method is a fast and flexible technique with computational efficiency. The aim of this paper is to survey
the published results on fabric simulation using mass spring model. The paper reviews the presented mesh types,
forces applied on model, super elastic effect and ways to settle the super elasticity problem, numerical integration
methods for solving equations, collision detection and its response. Some of the fabric simulation examples
presented by the researchers are also presented.
