The feeling of human need for various fashions and clothes makes the variety of incoming fabrics and outgoing clothing from clothing factories very high. Certainly, controlling and optimizing this process without the use of application software will be time consuming and with a lot of errors. In this research, it has been tried to present the application of Lingo optimization software in human resource management and the number of products produced in order to maximize profits according to the constraints of clothing factories. This widely used software is easily accessible. For this purpose, a factory was mathematically modeled by producing three products: T-shirts, sweatshirt and sports pants. The objective function of maximizing factory profit was defined by selecting the most skilled operator for each stage of production of each product and the number of productions of each product. Determining the operators of each workstation based on their skills and the number of productions of each product were defined as decision variables. All factory and human resource constraints were raised mathematically. Finally, the model was solved in Lingo software and the results showed that the factory profit could be increased by 7% by choosing the right operators and changing the production number of each product. Furthermore, considering that this software determines the location of the production bottleneck, the profit can be increased up to 22% with cost-effective offers.
