Abstract
Molding is one of the most important properties of textile fabrics. The ability of a fabric to be molded into 3D shapes is actually an important technical application in this study, worsted fabric with different structural parameters are provided and their moldability are assessed with a shear modulus, bending modulus and stretch modulus, and the results of shearing are obtained with analysis of image processing .a moldability tester is also developed in this research with the ability to measure the fabric moldability.
