The present study is based on the nature and purpose of the research, which is an applied research method and is a descriptive study based on how data is collected. The statistical population of this study is the directors of textile and textile factories in Mazandaran province. In order to investigate the effective features of the selection system for managers in terms of experts and review documents. The inferential statistics of the data were used for the chi-square, t-test and t-test. The findings of this study indicate that the selection of managers in Textile Units of Mazandaran province was not suitable and the managers of this industry did not have relevant administrative and managerial backgrounds, related work experience, related education, as well as appropriate age conditions, and it can be claimed that one of the effective factors In the downturn of this industry in Mazandaran province, the ineffectiveness of the system is the choice of industry managers. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و مطالعه عوامل موثر بر نظام انتخاب(گزینش) مدیران شامل تجربه مرتبط، تحصیلات مرتبط، سوابق اجرایی و مدیریتی،     و سن در کارخانجات نساجی استان مازندران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت و هدفی که دنبال می‌کند از نوع پژوهش کاربردی و بر حسب نحوه گرد‌آوری داده‌ها، یک تحقیق توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را مدیران کارخانجات نساجی بخش دولتی و خصوصی استان مازندران تشکیل می‌دهند. به منظور بررسی عوامل موثر بر نظام انتخاب(گزینش) مدیران از نظر خبرگان و نیز مصاحبه و بررسی اسناد و مدارک استفاده شده است.    جهت تحلیل استنباطی داده‌ها از آزمون کای‌دو، نسبت و t استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که نظام انتخاب مدیران در واحدهای نساجی استان مازندران مناسب نبوده و مدیران این صنعت از سوابق اجرایی و مدیریتی مرتبط، تجربه کاری مرتبط، تحصیلات مرتبط،           و همچنین شرایط سنی مناسب برخوردار نبوده‌اند و می‌توان ادعا نمود که یکی از عوامل موثر در رکود این صنعت در استان مازندران، ناکارآمدی      نظام انتخاب مدیران این صنعت می‌باشد. https://www.jtst.ir/article_96468_32a2e71c97df5281f1324db72c73a59a.pdf
