PLA converts in human body to CO2 and H2O via metabolic reactions. In this study, the Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy technique was used to investigate the chemical structure of PLA. First, the standard FTIR of PLA was examined; it was then compared to the FTIR spectrum of UV/Ozone irradiated fibers under different conditions. FTIR Quantitative Analyze method was used to investigate the type and amount of chemical changes in the fiber structure. For this purpose, the area of the modified peaks was measured, and the peak related to the Carbon―Hydrogen bond in the range of 2979-3528 cm was selected as the reference peak. Then by dividing the area of other peaks to the area of the reference peak and normalizing the spectra, the chemical changes in fiber structure were assessed. The results show that with UV/Ozone irradiation under different conditions, the number of Carbon―Carbon and Carbon―Hydrogen bonds do not change; However, the number of oxygen-containing functional groups (Carboxyl, Carbonyl and Hydroxyl) increases significantly. This indicates the oxidation process of the fibers. On the other hand, with pre-impregnating of fibers in different solutions and then UV/Ozone irradiation, oxidation is achieved with greater intensity and speed; so that some polar groups are removed from the ends of polymer chains.}, keywords = {Poly (lactic acid),FTIR spectroscopy,Quantitative Evaluation,UV/Ozone irradiation,Fibers}, title_fa = {تحلیل کمّی طیف زیر قرمز تبدیل فوریه پلی لاکتیک اسید پس از تابش پرتو فرابنفش/گاز اُزُن}, abstract_fa = {پلی لاکتیک اسید یک پلیمر گرمانرم زیست تخریب پذیر می باشد که دارای زنجیرهای پلیمری فنری شکل است و از محصولات گیاهی مانند ذرت ، برنج، گندم و سیب زمینی شیرین تولید می شود.در این پژوهش برای بررسی ساختار شیمیایی پلی لاکتیک اسید از روش طیف سنجی زیر قرمز تبدیل فوریه استفاده شد. ابتدا طیف استاندارد پلی لاکتیک اسید بررسی شد، سپس با طیف نمونه های تابش شده توسط پرتو فرابنفش و گاز اُزُن در شرایط متفاوت، مقایسه گشت. برای بررسی نوع و میزان تغییرات شیمیایی ایجاد شده در ساختار الیاف، از روش تجزیه و تحلیل کمّی طیف استفاده شد، بدین منظور مساحت پیک های تغییر یافته اندازه گیری شدند و پیک مربوط به پیوند کربن-هیدروژن در محدوده عدد موج 2979-3528 بر سانتیمتر به عنوان پیک مرجع انتخاب گردید، سپس با تقسیم نمودن مساحت سایر پیک ها به مساحت پیک مرجع و بهنجار شدن طیف ها، میزان تغییرات شیمیایی ساختار الیاف پس از تابش مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل نشان می دهند که با تابش پرتو فرابنفش/گاز اُزُن در شرایط مختلف، تعداد پیوندهای کربن-کربن و کربن-هیدروژن تغییر نمی یابند، اما تعداد گروه های عاملی اکسیژن دار (کربونیل و هیدروکسیل) افزایش قابل توجهی دارند که این امر نشان دهنده فرایند اکسید شدن الیاف می باشد. از طرف دیگر با پیش آغشته سازی الیاف در محلول های مختلف و سپس تابش پرتو فرابنفش/گاز اُزُن، اکسید شدن با شدت و سرعت بیشتری حاصل می شود، به گونه ای که برخی از گروه های قطبی از انتهای زنجیرهای پلیمری زدوده می شوند.}, keywords_fa = {پلی لاکتیک اسید,طیف زیر قرمز تبدیل فوریه,تجزیه و تحلیل کمّی,پرتو فرابنفش/گاز اُزُن,الیاف}, url = {https://www.jtst.ir/article_111016.html}, eprint = {https://www.jtst.ir/article_111016_96eab2ccf064fd604799812bd2a1906a.pdf} }
