Using different production system in apparel factories has considerable effect on productivity of production lines. In the present study, a shirt classic line was balanced by using different production systems, i.e. Progressive Bundle System (PBS) and Straight Line System (SLS). Then Machine Productivity (MP) and Labor Productivity (LP) of mentioned line were calculated and compared for PBS and SLS cases. The results showed that, using SLS in producing shirt classic, increase MP and LP of production line. Consequently, number of machines and operators in line will be decreased.
