مروری بر آزمونهای تعیین میزان نشاسته در پلیمرهای زیست پایه تولیدی بر پایه نشاسته
نشاسته یک ماده پر استفاده در تولید پلیمرهای سبز و زیست پایه است و ترکیب آن با پلیمرهای مصنوعی نظیر پلی اولفینها، پلی لاکتیک اسید، پلی وینیل الکل باعث افزایش خواص مکانیکی آنها میشود و در بستهبندی، صنعت نساجی، زمینه طبی و بهداشتی، رهایش دارو و ... کاربرد دارند و جایگزینی مناسب برای پلیمرهای مصنوعی هستند. یکی از آزمونهای پایه که باید به شکل استاندارد انجام شود تا بتوان محصولات سبز تولیدی را براساس میزان نشاسته آن مورد طبقه بندی و راستی آزمایی قرار داد، آزمون اندازهگیری درصد نشاسته در محصولات زیست پایه تولید شده است. روشهای شیمیایی و تحلیلی متفاوتی برای اندازهگیری میزان نشاسته در پلیمرهای زیست پایه توسط محققان ارائه شده از جمله روش فنل سولفوریک اسید، آنالیز گرماسنجی، آزمون رنگ سنجی، طیف سنجی مادون قرمز و استانداردهای ارائه شده مانند استاندارد ملی ایران به شماره 14000 که در این پژوهش مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفته و در نهایت نتایج برخی از این محققین در استفاده از این روشها بر روی آمیختههای مختلف پلیمری و نشاسته گزارش شده است. به نظر میرسد از این روشهای ذکر شده روش طیف سنجی مادون قرمز روشی آسانتر برای این ارزیابی است اما دقت کمتری دارد. آنالیز گرماسنجی روشی سریع برای انجام این تست است که خطای کمتری نسبت به روش FTIR دارد.

بررسی پارامترهای مؤثر بر رنگرزی نخ پشمی مرینوس با برگ گیاه کاسنی
در سالهای اخیر تمایل برای رنگرزی منسوجات با استفاده از رنگزاهای طبیعی افزایش یافته است. رنگزاهای طبیعی به دلیل راحت تجزیهشدن با محیط زیست سازگاری خوبی دارند. با وجود قدمت و مزایای رنگزاهای طبیعی، استفاده از این رنگزاها دارای مشکلاتی از جمله پیچیده بودن فرآیند رنگرزی، شیدهای محدود و خصوصیات نامناسب ثبات رنگ میباشد. برای رفع مشکلات اشاره شده میتوان از رنگزاهای طبیعی جدید، دندانههای متفاوت و سایر پارامترهای موثر در رنگرزی استفاده نمود. کاسنی گیاهی است که سرشار از رنگینههای طبیعی است. در این تحقیق برگ گیاه کاسنی به عنوان یک رنگزای طبیعی جهت رنگرزی نخهای پشمی استفاده شده است. اثر پارامترهای رنگرزی مانند روش رنگرزی، نوع دندانه، نوع اسید، غلظت و دما بر فام و شدت رنگ جذب شده از این رنگزا در الیاف پشم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان میدهد در غلظتهای پایین روند خاصی در ارتباط با اثر دما بر مقدار جذب مشاهده نمیشود اما با افزایش غلظت، افزایش دما باعث جذب بیشتر رنگ در حالت تعادل شده است. همچنین نمونههای رنگ شده با برگ گیاه کاسنی در حضور دندانههای فلزی، دارای ثبات شستشویی و ثبات نوری قابل قبول میباشند.

بررسی ویژگیهای رنگی و ضد باکتری نخ پشمی رنگرزی شده با میوه درخت آیلان (عرعر)
درخت آیلان (عرعر) یک گیاه فوق العاده مقاوم میباشد که در بیشتر مناطق از نظر آب و هوایی به راحتی رشد میکند. درخت آیلان (عرعر) Ailanthus altissima گونهای غیر بومی و متعلق به مناطق کوهستانی چین است که در سال های گذشته به ایران وارد شده و در مناطق مختلف ایران کاشته شده است. در این تحقیق قابلیت رنگرزی نخ پشمی با میوه درخت آیلان به عنوان یک رنگرزای طبیعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. تاثیر شرایط مختلف رنگرزی از قبیل غلظت دندانه (0 تا 6% وزنی)، مدت زمان رنگرزی در دمای جوش (30 تا 90 دقیقه)، pH حمام رنگرزی (3 تا 8) و غلظت ماده رنگزا (60 تا 200% وزنی) بر قدرت رنگی نخ رنگرزی شده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس نتایج حاصل شده از قدرت رنگی نمونهها، شرایط رنگرزی برای کسب بیشترین قدرت رنگی بهینه سازی شد. ویژگی ضدباکتری میوه درخت آیلان در مقابل باکتریهای گرم منفی (Escherichia coli) و گرم مثبت (Staphylococcus aureus) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. متغیرهای تحقیق از قبیل مدت زمان رنگرزی، pH حمام رنگرزی و غلظت ماده رنگزا تاثیر معنی دار بر قدرت رنگی نشان داد و استفاده از دندانه زاج سفید در مقادیر (0 تا 6 درصد وزنی) تاثیر چندانی بر قدرت رنگی نمونه ها نداشت. نخ پشمی رنگرزی شده با میوه درخت آیلان دارای ثبات شستشویی و نوری مطلوبی میباشد و همچنین در میوه درخت آیلان در غلظت های کاربردی 5/12% تا 100% دارای ویژگی ضدمیکروبی در مقابل باکتریهای گرم منفی و گرم مثبت میباشد.

در این کار تحقیقاتی از پیله کرم ابریشم به عنوان منبع پروتئینی فیبروئین که دارای خواص مکانیکی بسیار مطلوب است برای تهیه هیدروژل استفاده شده است. به این منظور فیبروئین 20% در آب حل شد و برای تسریع در عمل ژل شدن کلرید کلسیم به آن اضافه شد و pH محلول با اسید کلریدریک به 4 رسانده شد. سپس در دستگاه اولتراسونیک تحت امواج فراصوت در مدت 3 دقیقه عمل ژل شدن صورت پذیرفت. در نهایت 5% عصارهی گیاه بابونه به هیدروژل اضافه و تحت امواج فراصوت در آن بارگذاری شده و بر روی پارچه پنبه ای تکمیل شد. مورفولوژی، ساختار شیمیایی، میزان تورم، رهایش عصاره و خاصیت آنتی باکتریایی عصاره در هیدروژل بررسی شد. نتایج میکروسکوپی حاکی از پوشش مطلوب هیدروژل بر روی پارچه پنبه ای است. نتایج FTIR وجود گروههای عاملی در هیدروژل ابریشم و عصاره بابونه و پیوند بین این دو را تائید کرد. نتایج تورم نشان داد که هیدروژل جذب آب پارچه را افزایش داده و بارگذاری عصاره در هیدروژل سبب کاهش جزئی جذب آب شده است. نتایج تست آنتی باکتریال نیز تایید کننده خاصیت ضد باکتری عصاره در برابر هر دو باکتری گرم مثبت و گرم منفی میباشد.

تزئین لباس مجلسی بانوان با استفاده از سیستم هوشمند نوری
در پژوهش حاضر با هدف نوآوری در تزئین لباس، مجموعه الکترونیکی هوشمند نوری طراحی و در لباس مجلسی شب زنانه تعبیه گردید. دربخش نخست ازمیان چندین طرح خطی رسم شده بر مبنای سه شرط زیبایی، قابلیت عبوردهی نور و امکان مخفی کردن تجهیزات الکترونیکی و با نظر متخصصان الکترونیک و مد لباس طرح مناسب انتخاب شد. سپس پارچه مناسب به لحاظ تراکم بافت، ضخامت، جنس و رنگ مشخص، خریداری و لباس دوخته شد. دربخش سوم مدارات الکترونیکی مشتمل بر سنسور نوری و دیگر ملزومات طراحی و ساخته شد. جایگذاری لامپ های آر جی بی، ال ای دی، بردهای الکترونیکی و باطری در لباس و اتصال بخش ها به یکدیگر انجام شد. کد نویسی این مجموعه الکترونیکی با هدف هوشمند سازی آن براساس تعریف محودده عددی برای سیگنال ارسال شده از سنسور نوری به واحد پردازشگر به گونه ای انجام شد که با تغییر شدت روشنایی یا نور محیط، لامپ های تعبیه شده در لباس به رنگ های قرمز، سبز، آبی و ترکیب آنها روشن و خاموش شود. نتایج نشان میدهد که تلفیق طراحی لباس و دیگر علوم افقی تازه فراروی طراحان لباس می گشاید به گونهای که بهرهگیری البسه در حوزههای مختلف را خواهد نمود.

مروری بر روشهای ضدمیکروبی و ضدویروسی ماسکها
در سالهای اخیر که آلودگی هوا جدیتر شده است و به خصوص در ژانویه 2020 که ظهور ویروس جدید بهنام کووید19 باعث مرگ و میر تعداد بسیار زیادی از افراد شد، تولید و استفاده از ماسک افزایش یافت. از زمان شیوع بیماری شدید تنفسی ناشی از ویروس کرونا، استفاده از ماسکهای صورت برای کنترل شیوع سریع این بیماری همهگیر و جلوگیری از انتقال ویروسهای بیماریزا در سراسر جهان رواج یافته است. بنابراین ضروری است که در این شرایط بحرانی برای حفاظت از سلامتی خود و دیگران، بهداشت را رعایت کرده و از تجهیزات حفاظتی از جمله ماسک استفاده شود. همچنین همهگیری کنونی کرونا مشکلات اقتصادی زیادی را به جامعه امروزی وارد کرده است، درنتیجه جهان در حال حاضر با کمبود انواع ماسکهای صورت روبرو است و در تمام روزها و هفتهها ماسکها در دسترس نیستند که این منجر به اتفاقهای خطرناک بهویژه برای پرسنل پزشکی میشود. از آنجایی که عوامل بیماریزا از جمله باکتریها، قارچها و ویروسها در حال تبدیل شدن به یک تهدید جدی برای سلامتی انسان و محیط زیست در سراسر جهان هستند و استفاده از ماسک برای حفاظت در برابر آنها ضروری است، باید روشهایی برای ضدویروسی کردن ماسک و استفاده مجدد از آن را پیدا کرد. در این مقاله توضیحاتی در رابطه با اهمیت ماسک، مواد ضدمیکروبی برای ماسک و نحوه ارزیابی برخی از خصوصیات ماسکها داده شده است و همچنین به مرور برخی از روشهای ضدمیکروبی، ضدویروسی و ضدعفونی انواع ماسکها و تحقیقات انجام شده در این زمینه پرداخته شده است.
