In recent years, the use of protective medical textiles has been considerably raised due to the advances in the science and the increase of the people’s awareness. Gown is a common term used for the protective clothing worn by surgons and the healthcare staff during the operation.. In addition to being a barrier against liquids, surgical gowns should offer a suitable level of air and water vapor permeability in order not to adversely affect the comfort of the wearer. Moreover, surgical gowns should not cause thermal stress which may deteriorate the the performance of the staff and cause an undesirable effect on the operation process. In this review paper, some information on the raw materials, types of surgical gows, their requirements, standards and instructions and test methods, with reference to the previous research works are presented. According to the results, barrier properties of surgical gowns are of their most important properties which are affected by such parameters as fiber diameter, fabric structure, areal weight and type of finish. Moreover, comfort of the gown is also affected by parameters such as fabric drape and water vapor permeability.

Today, the value of the brand is not neglected to anyone in the word of marketing. A famous brand can creat a credit beyond the usual one for an organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of clothing related attributes on the special value of the brand of men and woman in LC Wikiki stores of Mazandaran province. The method used in this research is descriptive correlational. The variables of the results of the project for the brand value of the men and women's set were examined in the research process. Than, the fied method was applied and based on the collected data, the final analysis was done to confirm or reject the main research hypotheses using LISREL8.54 and spss22 software. The statistical population of the study was stores of Mazandaran province located in babolsar and Kelarabad. The sampling method was stratified randomly and the sample was 384 LC Waikiki customers in Mazandaran province. The content validity method was used to validate the questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha method was used to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire. The method of statistical analysis of the data was descriptive and inferential statistics and the method of testing the hypothesis was the structural equation. Structural equation modeling was used in this study. The results of this research show that the brand features of the dress effect on the brand equity.

In recent years, functional clothing have found a variety of application beside complex requirements and design criteria; which turns them into from apparel to somehow a wearable product. Functional smart clothing depicts an enhanced classification of this apparel equipped with new electronic, chemical or mechanical technologies. This paper aims to extend the functional clothing design from a technical perspective of textile specialist; to a kind of user-centered design process which including design criteria based on human-cultural-social context. The research objective is to investigate what design issues will emerge for smart functional clothing design, and are there any common criteria and requirements. Through analytical and systematic review point, the paper first describes the basic concepts; besides categorizes functional clothing. Afterwards by supposing functional clothing requirements (physiological, biomechanical, ergonomics, psychological) as hypothesis and as well as reviewing some under development projects, will deduct the main design issues. Paper’s result purpose four general categories of design issues (design process, functional needs, user acceptance, material and production) which treat as checklist for further design phases, utilize for design strategies and other functional clothing designs

The polymer particles have been used in various fields of chemistry, biology and physics applications and subsequently there is a need for coating of various substrates by these particles to achieve a thin film in many applications. So far, several methods have been proposed for the production of micro-particles; but these methods often suffered from limitations such as low enclosure efficiency or difficulty in separating particles from the aqueous phase. In this study, attempts have been made to produce micro platelet particles and create a thin film by electro-centrifuge spinning for the first time. Electro-centrifuge spinning is the cost-effective method with high production rate. Therefore, the effect of parameters such as concentration, voltage, centrifugal force has been investigated on the shape and size of the micro-platelet particles of poly (ε-caprolactone). In this regard, concentrations of 3 and 5 wt% of poly (ε-caprolactone) in dichloromethane were used. Solutions with different concentrations were subjected to electro-centrifuge spinning system to fabricate micro platelets. In order to investigate the effect of voltage and centrifugal force on the particle diameter, poly (ε-caprolactone) particles were produced at voltages of 15, 18 and 21 kV and rotational speeds of 1740 and 3190 rpm. The results showed that by increasing the concentration of polymer solution, under the constant voltage and rotational speed, the diameter of the micro platelets decreases. Also, by keeping constant the concentration of the solution and the rotational speed, increasing the voltage leads to a decrease in the diameter of the micro platelets. In addition, under the constant the concentration and the voltage, the diameter of the micro platelets increases with increasing rotational speed. Also, by decreasing the solution concentration, satellite droplets increase, which leads to an increase in the uniformity of the diameter of the micro-plates.

Sleeping bag is one of the self-protection equipment that is used in open environment for sleeping and rest. One of the applications of sleeping bags is protection of body against sever loss of its temperature in cold weather conditions that is usually important for mountain climbers, military forces and …. Because of the contact of sleeping bag with the ground, which can be very cold in some regions and also due to the pressure applied by body on the sleeping bag, the thickness of it reduces which leads to ease of body heat loss. Thus, the preserve of thermal insulation property of sleeping bag under body pressure is important for the prevention of temperature diminishes and the feeling of coldness. In this study, the effect of influencing factors in the design of sleeping bags with regard to the improvement of its thermal insulation properties are investigated. The results of this research cleared that the impact of the sleeping bag’s weight, the type of waddings and the distance between the seamed rows on the thermal efficiency of the sleeping bag during use, is significant.

Understanding the geometry of the cross section for the production of textile yarn and fabrics with good performance is essential. The shape and dimensions of the cross-section and changes in the structure of the yarn greatly in thickness, the hands, cover factor, polished determines the fabric. the Shed Type and effect of backrest position Influence on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of the Produced Fabric. In this paper, 9 polyester-viscose fiber samples with different of backrest positions was produced and shaped cross-section and its physical and mechanical properties such as tensile strength, shear strength, flexural strength, shrinkage resistance flexibility, air permeability and water permeability were investigated. In this paper it was found that the backrest position (towards the zero position and normal backrest position in weaving machine), the fabric becomes tight and thick. Manual density increases. Shaped cross-section is more compact warp yarns (weft yarns shaped cross-section does not change much). Tensile strength in the warp increases. Shear strength is high. Flexural strength in the warp increases. Covering factor high transparency and low water permeability and air. Go back backrest position (relative to the zero position and normal backrest position in weaving machine) fabric is more tightly. Shaped cross-section of the circular warp yarn oval, wide oval or elliptical Slim change. Shaped cross-section of the weft yarn is changed from circular to oval.
