Regression and path models analysis is accounted among structural equations modeling subset techniques which is applied in order to simultaneous testing of relationships between research variables. Target of this research is to analyze finishing with silver nanoparticles and butane tetra carboxylic acid on dyeability property without acid presence, antibacterial, and colour change of polyamide 6,6 fabrics with study of mediatory role of hydrophilicity. To do so, different concentrations of silver nanoparticles and butane tetra carboxylic acid were attended through Expert Design software based on central composite design. Antibacterial properties of finished fabrics were evaluated with two kinds of bacterial; positive warm bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and negative warm bacteria Escherichia coli. Hydrophilicity property was measured via drop absorption time measurement and its effect was evaluated as intermediary variable on dyeability properties applying C.I. Acid red 81 and resulted colorful changes were analyzed. Obtained results demonstrate that regression and path models analysis techniques in a form of structural equations by assisting AMOS 26 software were able to analyze formulated model, accurate and simultaneous study of research assumptions; assumptions control of operating structural equation modeling subset methods, estimations, fit, and modification of model, and appropriate interpretation of data. Also, impressive results of silver nanoparticles concentrations on antibacterial property against staphylococcus aureus with 0.967 influence coefficient has the highest effect and moisture absorption on colour change amount of polyamide 6,6 fabrics with -0.006 influence coefficient has the least effect.

In the present study, a membrane of polybutylene terephthalate doped with multi-walled carbon nanotubes was prepared by the electrospinning process of nanofibers. Electron microscopy images of the synthesized nanocomposite proved the homogeneous structure and porous surface of the film. The capability and efficiency of the prepared fibers were tested by studying the adsorption of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide as a mustard gas-like compound. Parameters affecting the morphology of nanofibers such as polymer concentration and the amount of multi-walled carbon nanotubes were investigated and optimized. Important variables in the mustard gas adsorption process included: ion strength, adsorption time and temperature. For this purpose, multivariate modeling based on experimental design using central composite design and response -surface methodology was used to optimize the factors affecting the process. The removal efficiency was 96% at the time of absorption of 12 minutes and the adsorption temperature was 30 ° C and the initial concentration of mustard-like agent was 20 mg L-1. The results of adsorption isotherms showed that the adsorption process of 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide by developed nanofibers follows the model of Langmuir (R2 = 0.991) and Friendlich (R2 = 0.986). The results of this study showed that PBT / MWCNTs nanocomposite membrane have good efficiency in adsorption and entrapment of mustard-like agent 2-chloroethyl ethyl sulfide and can be used to develop coatings against these compounds.

Bagging is an irreversible three-dimensional deformation that occurs during the consumption of clothing. This phenomenon is visible in the knees of pants and elbows. The force is applied to the fabric repeatedly or for a long time by the moving parts of the body. In this research, the effect of the number of bagging cycle on the seam strength has been investigated. For this purpose, warp-weft fabrics with different weft densities were produced. Lock stitch sewing, which is the most common sewing in the clothing industry, was used to create the seam. Specimens were prepared with fixed sewing characteristics in the direction of warp and weft fabric. In order to investigate the effect of the number of loading cycles, the cycling forces of zero, 40, 80, 120, 140, 160 and 200 were applied to the samples and then the seam strength was measured using a strength tester. The results show that with increasing the loading cycle, the elongation of the seam decreases and also, the higher the density of the fabric weft, the more the elastic area of the sewing thread increases.

Today, T-shirts are not only a classic component of clothing, but also act as a blank canvas for artists and entrepreneurs. For this reason, printing on T-Shirt has become a famous business. The population of this research, which in terms of nature is practical and its method of promotion is descriptive-analytical, is all T-shirt consumers in Mashhad. In addition to the questions set in the questionnaire, the face-to-face interview method with T-shirt printing experts was used to identify the technical requirements of the product. In this research, firstly the quality house according to 6 steps process based on the average of results of each requirement (request) was completed. In first step that includes listing the customer needs (whats), after assessing on a set of the initial customer needs of T-shirt printing, among about 40 demands ,20 top demands were identified by surveying experts and it was considered according to the list in the table based on the prioritization of the basic, functional and motivational requirements in the questionnaire. The second step is to list the technical explanations (hows). In this step, after reviewing by a team of experts, 13 top technical characteristics were selected among the available technical characteristics and according to the table list, it was inserted at the top of the quality house matrix. The third step is to develop a communication matrix between WHATS and HOWS. In this step, the matrix development was done by expert's team and the relationship between customer needs and the technical characteristics of product were scored peer to peer with the numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9. The fourth step is to develop the internal communication of matrix between HOWS that is used to determine all internal communication among technical characteristics. In this section, symbols were used to show the strengths and weaknesses of the relationship between each pair of technical characteristics. The fifth step is to improve demands and the quality requirements of customer and ranking. In the section of completing quality house, after determining the amount of improvement in each of the quality demands (Whats) compared to the current situation, the relative importance of each quality requirement was calculated to further analysis in the later stages of QFD. Then, after reviewing and based on achieved results, the prioritization of customer needs and wants were categorized.

In this study, the effect of Corona and alkaline pre-treatments on dyeing properties and improvement of dye absorption in Polyester/Viscose fabrics with using Red Dispersion 50 dye studied the Central Composite Design(CCD) method. And then, first samples were subjected to alkaline treated in different conditions of temperature, time and concentration and then Corona treatment with a voltage of 104 ±1 V and 20 ± 3.6 (A) in different times and then Dispersion dye, in HT temperatures method were dyed. Also, the rate of dye absorption of the samples were analyzed by absorption and reflection spectrophotometry methods. In addition, changes in the surface morphology of the samples were investigated with using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) method and study of functional groups was performed using infrared absorption spectroscopy (FTIR) and optimization of condition obtained from experiments were selected with using CCD method. The results of the experiments showed that the treated samples had good optical and washing stability, and due to the simultaneous treatment of alkali and Corona, the surface of the fibers had surface grooves and this pores is sutable for more dye penetration into the fibers, which in SEM confirmed and obtained changes were shown in the FTIR diagram and the creation of new functional groups. At the end of the statistical design, the results showed that the model with F Value equal to 2.65, is statistically significant and the optimal conditions for obtaining the highest amount of Exhaustion (75.45%) was obtained.
